Bibiani Waterfall, near Bibiani, Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal, Western North Region
From Kumasi, trotros and shared taxis to Bibiani run regularly via the Kumasi–Sefwi road (about 2.5 hours). From Sefwi Wiawso, the hop north to Bibiani takes roughly 1 hour by trotro.
Hire a local guide in Bibiani town, wear shoes with good grip for the muddy approach, and bring a change of clothes if you plan to wade.
Quick stop that broke up a long drive nicely, cool water and a shaded forest path in. Wouldn't plan a whole day around it but glad we stopped.
Hard to find without a local guide, the turn off from the main road isn't marked at all. Once we found it, the falls themselves were underwhelming compared to the drive to get there.
Nice surprise stop near the gold mining town, water flow was decent when we visited after some rain. Locals were friendly and happy to point us in the right direction.
Small detour off the Kumasi-Sefwi road, falls are modest but the forest walk to reach them was pleasant. Not a huge attraction on its own but fine if you're already driving through.
