Search for a waterfall in the Volta Region and you will find a few outdated map pins, a blog post from 2017, and little else. Not because there is nothing to find, but because almost none of it has ever been put online properly.
Hotels with no websites. National parks with no published opening hours. Festivals announced by word of mouth. For visitors from the diaspora, international tourists, and locals alike, planning a trip in Ghana has meant guessing.
We started Explore Ghana to close that gap. Today the guide covers 105 places across all 16 regions, and every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. When a price changes or a road closes, visitors can report it from the listing itself, and the page gets updated.
